Cocktail Collection Luxe

Did you know Roni-Sue was a bartender in a former life?? Her Cocktail Collection Luxe features eight, count 'em EIGHT cocktail truffles--two of each in our red presentation box.  Tied into the satin-edged chiffon bow are two collectable Roni-Sue's Chocolates cocktail stirrers.  Using them in an actual cocktail to enjoy with the cocktail truffles is encouraged! 

Named for the cocktails that inspired their creation, the collection includes: Absinthe [Green Fairy] direct-trade dark chocolate ganache with pear, fennel & anise and a healthy shot of absinthe; Dark & Stormy ganache features dark Caribbean rum, fresh & candied ginger and lime zest; Manhattan ganache has top-shelf bourbon, sweet vermouth, bitters and cherry; Pina Colada is a tropical treat bursting with pineapple and coconut, dipped in white chocolate; Old Fashioned is a milk chocolate ganache with rye whisky, orange and bitters.  The molded bon-bons in the collection include the Margarita, a dark chocolate shell filled with white chocolate tequila & lime ganache, topped with sea salt; the Mojito is a white chocolate shell filled with white ganache, white rum, lime and fresh mint, sprinkled with dried mint leaves; finally the Dude-approved Lebowski is a dark chocolate shell filled with white chocolate ganache, Kalhua and vodka.
